How To Book & Booking Information

Youth Participants

1. Your Group Adult Volunteer (from Scouting or GirlGuiding) will first need to complete a group form.  This can be accessed via the “Group Form” link below.
2. The Group Adult Volunteer will then receive a confirmation email, which will include a link to the participant application form and a unique group ID code.
3. You then complete the participant form (which you will receive from your Group Adult Volunteer).  You will need to include the unique group ID code and your Group Adult Volunteer’s email address.  Payment of the camp fee will be taken when submitting the participant form (see pricing below).

The camp is open to Scouts, Explorers and Guides who are aged 13 ½ to 17 years old.

**  The closing date for all youth & adult applications for Cally Rally 2026 is Friday 11th September 2026**  (Please note we will be unable to issue refunds after this closing date). 

Adult Volunteers

For volunteers attending as part of a group:

1. Your Group Adult Volunteer will be able to provide you with the unique group ID code (see above).
2. Please then complete a “Volunteer Form” and include this unique group ID code and your Group Adult Volunteer’s email address on your form.

For volunteers attending without a group:

1. Please complete a “Volunteer Form” and then select the ‘I am coming to Cally Rally: Individually’ option.

For the Adult Volunteer Form – you will also need to have ready the name and email address for your DISTRICT LEAD VOLUNTEER (or GirlGuiding County Commissioner).  Please ask in your local district if you are unsure who this is before starting the form.

Payment of the camp fee will be taken for each adult when submitting the volunteer form (see pricing below).

Following on from the huge success last year we are once again offering participants and leaders the opportunity to pre-order merchandise!

We have embroidered hoodies, beanie hats, caps and printed travel mugs (limited availability) available – all have the Cally Rally Logo on them.

These will be available for pre-order closer to Cally Rally 2026.

Merchandise can be collected from the admin tent from 9pm on the Friday night of camp! A very small amount will be available to purchase at camp but don’t depend on this. Please order in advance to avoid disappointment!
