CALEDONIAN RALLY 2022
The 2022 Caledonian Rally is taking place at its long term home on the banks of the Caledonian Canal at Dochgarroch, 4 miles south of Inverness. The activity camp for Scouts and Guides aged 13 to 17 takes place over the weekend 14th -16th October 2022!
Please Note:

The camp site will open to participants at 4pm on the 14th October.
To find the site using a Sat Nav, use Postcode IV3 8JG The Rally closes at 2.30pm on 16th October
The site will be floodlit to allow for tent pitching. Please let us know in advance if your group plans to bring a wood burning stove.
We regret that we are unable to give refunds except in exceptional circumstances for cancellations received less than 28 days before the start of the camp. Any refund will be minus the online payment processing fee.
Cancellations must be in writing.
No dogs (except assistance dogs) will be permitted on the camping field.
The camp is not fully catered but we do provide Saturday lunch (choices within participants/leaders forms). We have our very own Monsters Lair on site which snacks can be purchased throughout the weekend!

Adult with Catering £33.00
Adult without Catering £23.00

Other Information

The deadline for applications is Friday 16th September. Activity Groups are allocated on a first come first served basis so get your applications in early. All adult Applications must be approved by either your District Commissioner or Regional Commissioner in advance of the Rally.
Please also remember to complete NAN form for Scouts or Residential Event Notification Form for Guides.

HOW DO I APPLY?
For all Participants and Leaders who are attending with a Group

Group Leader submits a group application form by going to https://form.jotform.com/221376097988372
The leader receives an email with a website link and unique group ID, to which they provide the members of their group who will be attend as participants or leaders.
Participants or Leaders submit their application form with the unique group ID which matches the forms back to the group form.
During the run-up to the Camp, we will be in touch 2 weeks prior to the closing date and a week after the closing date, with confirmation of the names of the leaders and participants that have completed application forms.

For Leaders who are attending as an individual without a group
