How do I Apply? - This year we have moved to an online application form process.

- For all Participants and Leaders who are attending with a Group
  • Group Leader submits a group application form by going to

  • The leader receives an email with a website link and unique group ID, to which they provide the members of their group who will be attend as participants or leaders.

  • Participants or Leaders submit their application form with the unique group ID which matches the forms back to the group form.

  • During the run-up to the Camp, we will be in touch 2 weeks prior to the closing date and a week after the closing date, with confirmation of the names of the leaders and participants that have completed application forms.
