Cally Rally 2010 (15th - 17th October 2010)

Welcome to the Caledonian Rally affectionately known as the Cally Rally by the thousands of young and old, who have participated over the years and have enjoyed the unique Cally Rally experience, since the beginning at Loch Oich.  The rally comes under the auspices of the Highland and Islands Region of The Scout Association and is open to both members of The Scout Association and Girlguiding aged 13 - 17.  Alongside the scout members of the organising team are representatives of GirlGuiding.

Our annual activities weekend held in the Scottish Highlands brings young people from both our associations together, encouraging their personal self confidence and creating new friendships through self-reliance by camping within their own group of friends and actively interacting with young people from the many other parts of Scotland represented by participating in new what may be challenges to them.

The Rally organising team sometimes bring in specialist instructors for specific activities, but the majority of our Rally instructors and staff, come from Scout and Guide groups in your districts. They all hold the relevant associations adventurous activity qualifications or the instructor qualifications for their chosen activities governing body.
